Plain-English privacy.
Short, honest, and written to be read. Here is exactly what happens to anything you send us.
What we collect
When you use the submit or contact form, we receive what you type: your name or artist name, email, and your message, plus any links you choose to share. We do not run trackers or ad pixels to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to listen to your music, and to decide whether there is a fit for the studio, the label, or both. We do not sell your information or share it outside the people working on your inquiry.
Your music and rights
Sending us a demo does not transfer any rights. You keep your masters, your songs, and your name. We listen, we reply, and nothing changes unless you sign something you have read and agreed to.
Keeping it and removing it
We keep inquiries as long as we are in contact about them. If you want your message and details removed, ask us through the contact form and we will delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will live on this page. This is a plain-English summary of how a small, artist-first house treats your information, and it is written to be read.
